- Where do you deliver to yachts?
- We deliver dockside across the Mediterranean and Northern Europe, including the French Riviera, Sardinia, the Amalfi Coast, Sicily, Greece, the Balearics, Spain and the Adriatic. See our yacht supply regions for details; other destinations are available on request.
- How quickly can you provision a yacht?
- Orders typically arrive within 4 to 5 working days, delivered dockside and timed around your guests and charter turnarounds.
- Who typically places yacht orders?
- We work with captains, chief stewards and stewardesses, yacht managers and provisioners, and with owners directly. One point of contact handles your order from request to delivery.
- Is there a minimum order for yacht supply?
- No. We supply anything from a single rare bottle for an owner’s table to a full cellar for the season. In the past we have delivered 900 bottles of Don Julio and 900 bottles of Dom Perignon to our clients.
- Can you source a specific bottle a guest has requested?
- Yes, this is what we do best. Give us the name, vintage or even a photo of the label and our team tracks it down through our international network. No request is too rare.
- Can you help build the wine list for a charter season?
- Yes. With our Michelin-starred hospitality background we help captains and chief stewards compose a cellar that matches the itinerary, the guest profile and the galley’s menus.
- Do you supply yachts outside Europe, such as the Caribbean?
- Yes. Our regional hubs cover the Mediterranean and Northern Europe, and we deliver worldwide on request, including the Caribbean winter season.
- How do you handle urgent or last-minute requests?
- Contact us and we will look at what is realistic. We respond quickly and, when timing is critical, we propose practical alternatives that are available near you.
