Geert’s love for rare wines truly has no limits. Already at age 24, he was working as Wine Director at a 3-Michelin Star restaurant. His extensive knowledge of and love for fine wine, enabled him to be responsible for the wine cellars of some of the most renowned Michelin-starred restaurants in Belgium and the Netherlands (Da Vinci, Meliefste, Inter Scaldes, De Karmeliet). Known for having curated unique and exceptional wine lists, Geert knows exactly where to find that rare pearl.
