Geert’s love for rare wines truly has no limits. Already at age 24, he was working as Wine Director at a 3-Michelin Star restaurant. His extensive knowledge of and love for fine wine, enabled him to be responsible for the wine cellars of some of the most renowned Michelin-starred restaurants in Belgium and the Netherlands (Da Vinci, Meliefste, Inter Scaldes, De Karmeliet).
