What we do
Before the first guests arrive, the cellar is done. With our Michelin-starred hospitality background we compose a cellar that matches your guest profile, your menus and your price points, delivered before opening and restocked through the season.
Grand cru Burgundy, prestige champagne, aged single malts and rare tequila. Give us a name, a vintage or a photo of the label and our team tracks it down through our international network. No request is too rare.
A guest asks for their birthday vintage, a bottle they had in a restaurant once, or a magnum for tomorrow night. One message to us and it is handled: sourced, confirmed and delivered to the chalet, discreetly.

Car-free doesn't mean supply-free. We coordinate the last mile into Zermatt so bottles arrive at the chalet, not at the valley station.
